Noob player trying to transfer not available?

    I am a brand new player and picked a random server unaware that they were different languages. I have already leveled my character and want to transfer her but it wont let me.

    I bought coin thalers and went to purchase a voucher but it doesnt let me click it and says unavailable?. I left guild. Do not have any unopened mail. But it still does not allow me to select buy.

    I havent found any other way to transfer my character. I really dont want to start all over. Would I even have my thalers still if i start over on a dif server or somehow am able to transfer? Or did i screw myself over? Are they chsractor bound, account bound, server bound? I spent $100 on them but not am worried to spend any even in case things wont transfer

    The Tera-Thaler you bought with real money are account bound - if you log in on another server you should see the same amount as on the server you currently are.

    I have no personal experience on server-transfers, but maybe you need to be at least lv 65 to transfer, or have some Event-items in your inventory or personal bank (5th option at the Banker NPC) - if those Event-items are in the normal bank (1st option), they should not be a problem.

    And if you only spent a few hours on the wrong server: just start over again on the right one - thats almost nothing as you need to grind pretty hard in the endgame to get good gear.
