I just want to ask about the experience of collecting letters.
I opened around 350 Fire Demons Tomes and I'm still missing A / B / M out of 18 letters 
is that normal?

Yeah normal, unfortunately. Seems like getting any one of like 4 letters(A,B,G and M) out of the 18 is like winning the lottery back to back its quite annoying

Great, so just another of the many events that don't make sense. Anyone who invents this should think about their work before disgusting the last players who have not yet finished playing tera. It's already a big problem to play Tera when it takes 10 minutes to find an instance group and it still kills her with an event that can't be completed successfully.

This event has always been here for those who spend thousands in cash-shop, so not really a surprise for any player that's been here for several years.
In the end, if you're not into spending that much, you'll just take the free volumes you get, and when event ends, you'll take what you can with these as a bonus from regular play time, and not bother that you couldn't get any rare letter
