Will Tera Console ever get proper next gen patch?

Currently its basically Xbox One/PS4 version with improved performance that comes with more powerful hardware but will we ever see proper next gen version with better graphics and proper utilization of SSDs? I tried googling but i cant find if devs ever commented on it.
