HELP. where can i download TERA SHEN SERVER OR SEA SEVER?

    Hello, you need to download the game through the Gameforge client or STEAM, while selecting "Europe" as region, and then you will see the server "Shen" in the server list.

    Hi thank you for that information, it helped me a lot however, I accidentally logged in my migrated account(from old EU server) in NA server and my old characters are in NA server now, and now its no longer there when I log in to SHEN/SEA server is there anyway that I can transfer my characters to SHEN/SEA server?


    i tried this steps but no luck :(


    ( In order to avoid the issues above, you need to complete the migration process first of your TERA account to the Gameforge client with one of the following ways:

    • First start the TERA Launcher (not the Gameforge client!) and go through the migration process, or click the option “Add account” in the Gameforge client. )

    Hello, the migration for SEA ended on 10.02.2020 . (Info: [FAQ] SEA Server)

    • If you migrated your account back then properly, you should be able to access it if you choose Europe as region in your client and then entering the server Shen.
    • The NA servers had their own migration whcih ended on 18.12.2020 . (Info: [FAQ] TERA America ).
    • In case you just created a new account with characters on the NA server, there is no possibility to transfer them in any of the servers that belong to the "Europe" region.
