After the NA extended maintenance, i haven't been able to launch my game. This has happened to me twice already and on the first time all that happened was i just waited for it to work since i barely got a response from my ticket. Now this time, this has been going on for more than 48 hrs and i still haven't found a solid solution. Nothing from support as well, pretty much waiting again but longer. Any suggestions?

yeah, that's the first response from support when I made the ticket. I've already done that and more, I've went to the point of troubleshooting firewall, defender and firewall exclusions, updated drivers, changing network adapters, and lastly uninstalling and reinstalling the game. And support's response to my ticket was more than 48hrs ago, up until now I haven't heard from them.

Today on October 7, 2021, after your server optimization, this game is not available for me, I contacted support. yesterday everything still worked well today not.
