    With due all respect to Gameforge Management staff, support and to all technical staff, Community Managers behind the game operation. Would you mind completing your report and be more transparent to all players and not just the circle of your employees knowing what is going on.


    Doing A "re-roll" or "roll back" is a very heavy offense decision not to mention you have five servers. Meaning five owners of each servers. Do you mean to say that player cheat all five servers. lol. and you just roll back all of them five servers.


    And to be able to tamper anything in your tera game that person must have a knowledge of your source code to be able to gain access to the Vanguard Event settings meaning that person is a former employee or GM. to be able to cheat and steal ingame. Also if you did do roll back have you already apprehended the culprit already before doing the roll back. otherwise that person is still out there and wil be able to do it again.

    Hey there, we explained the situation already here: Emergency Maintenance 22/4 . There was a setting-related issue with the event which caused this situation, nothing else.

    Again, we apologize for all the trouble caused by this, but a rollback was needed for all the reasons explained in the post.

    Will you just apologize ? do you know how much time we spend to farm thoses stupid enchant materials, i had successfully enchanted my "10.60% success chance" armor and it's now rolled back and of course the enchant failed ... so what now !

    Hello, I understand your frustration and will forward your worries to our team, but in case there is some kind of general compensation for the rollback, we will inform you all with an official news as always.

    At the moment, there is nothing new I can share with you, especially since the NA maintenance is still ongoing.

    Bru ask Soaria. He was banned several times for duping and exploiting and he is still playing this game under the same name. I am sure he can give you more information about the current exploit.

    Definitely one of the most shameful decisions I've seen a game company make if there is no compensation in any way. A lot of companies will compensate players when they shut their servers down for a few hours which I think is very gracious but not necessary. I guess not only does Gameforge not do that, but they actively REMOVE the progress from their players. I don't care if they remove the gold earned from the issue, but what of all the rest of the time that was spent not exploiting the bug. That timeframe is the one where I'm personally the most active because I have other obligations during the day. Actively removing the progress justly earned from players is straight up a disgrace.

    damn... i just started playing 2 days ago hit lvl 51 and this happens. if this brings me back to lvl 20 thats going to be it for me. i i did ignore the transfer your account mail from enmasse back then, my bad

    Guys what the fck are you writing about? Vanguard quest was just bugged and gave 200x instead of 2x rewards. And rollback was just for today, so calm down, wtf

    I tried so hard, and got so far... but in the end, it doesn't even matter...

    how well so no need to complain ? they've fucked up my farming materials because i've lost my enchant....

    It's NOT player's fault, it's a mistake done by them.

    it's not like enchanting over +6 in this game is EZ PZ. i wont complain if they gives me a free enchant scroll ...

    What I want to know is when NA servers will be up?


    EU servers maint and roll back needed 3 hours, NA servers have been on maint for 6 hours by now. Why this much diference between a region with 4 servers (EU) and another with 2 servers (NA)?


    I guess NA players are just the unwanted children for GameForge.
