Dear players,

we would like to share more information with you about this emergency maintenance and the reason behind it:
Unfortunately, due to an error with the Vanguard Event settings this morning, players were able to farm a high amount of gold and items in a very short timeframe, and this severely disrupted the in-game economy.

In order to ensure a healthy economy for all our players, we decided to roll back the servers to the state they were before the event had started (9 AM CEST/ 3 AM EDT).

• This means that any progress made between the start of the event and the time of the maintenance (approx. 2 hours), will unfortunately be lost.
• Items that were purchased during this time will be back in the item claim and can be reclaimed.
• Newly created characters during this timeframe will need to be created again.
• Any characters that were transferred between servers during this timeframe, will now be back on the original source server. If you are affected by this, please contact our support team with all the details and they should be able to help you.

Once the servers are back online, we will inform you in this thread.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and long downtime caused by this situation.

EU only: The maintenance is now completed and the EU servers are available again.

The NA servers will unfortunately take longer until they are live again, we will keep you updated in this thread.
