I moved servers about a month ago and I haven't been able to send pets on adventures since. I sent a bug report a while back and they just told me they know about the problem already. Anyone else with the problem or is there an ETA on fix? Adventuring is the main source for pet tokens and the pet leveling mats, both of which I need a lot of.

Is this the bug where it says you have 3 pets already on an adventure when none actually are?
I had that problem almost a year ago in NA, EME had no solution and forwarded it to Krafton - so they've known about it for nearly a year at the least. On one server it fixed itself after the next maintenance a week later, but on the other server I couldn't send pets on adventures for months. Then one day I checked and I could again.
I've seen several people post about it more recently so it sounds like rather than Krafton identifying and fixing the problem, mine just magically fixed itself?

yep that's the exact issue, permanently tells me I have 3/3 sent out already. I can only hope it magically corrects itself at this point.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. I'm not even sure exactly when adventures started working for me again, so I can't tell what might have happened at the time to fix it.

I've had this problem a few times but a server maint has always fixed it

I don't kmow about pets, but I can send my companions on those missions.
