I just read all of the $100.000 dollars I spent on this game I can't get my mounts so ... we are abought to have a pretty serious issue if we do not get these things resolved . I've played tera since it came out my $60 night mare flying mount that is for all accounts will be discussed! HE means alot to me for alot of reason I can't say but it brought me happiness emongst my abuse I took . I also have every mount I paid for in the game we will have massive legal issues I will see a lawyer very soon if not answered and discuss lawsuit .I was also paying for subscription I'm not going down with this at all I worked my ass off on this game to have everything I owned you do not mess with a mount collector... I play other games but this is my baby you do not mess with when I Iog In You better hope everything is there or so help me its time to get you in check . This is considered stealing in my case grand theft if you are stealing from me ..... do not let this happen I probably would say go as far as to contact me I do have videos so ... you would probably want to I like to stream when I play teta that's just a hint ... collector mount that teaches people how to get rare mounts -_- ring a bell to you .... don't make me lose my mounts for your selfish ways .... cause ypu decided to migrate doesn't mean you can steal money from us .

Since the user claims that there are issues with items/the account, the ones that can help him by checking this directly with the user, are our supporters and not the forum team (also threatening to sue someone will not change the support we are able to provide in each case).
This applies to almost all direct-account related problems - our support team needs to individually check the situation.

If she did do spend that much on a game. It would be wise that she continue on with the lawsuit and let the lawyer do the argument for her to settle the problem with the game company to clear things out. Atleast that way they will both meet halfway on both parties and talk it out personally in what would be the result, and what would be the outcome, and no longer a just account related problem.
