Gameforge Support Tickets Not Working?

I've been trying to submit a support ticket on https://support.gameforge.com/ for a Steam Tera related quest issue but my ticket never seems to actually get generated. The page just reloads after submitting and when I check my Ticket History there's no tickets showing. Anyone know what the issue may be?

*I may know what the issue is. Going to give this another try. Apparently I got directed to https://support.gameforge.com/ instead of https://tera.support.gameforge.com/

Thanks for the reply! I figured out what the issue was. The screenshot I was sending was just over the size limit by a few KBs.
