Hello, in the patch notes for patch 104 it doesn't say anything about new dungeons but in the event page for April it says that we will have Manglemire at 1st April.

Manglemire isn't a new dungeon, therefore it's not specific to this patch 104, it's just coming as an event and will go away as the event ends

Today we are getting the KR patch of 24th Feb
The new masks are from KR patch 24th March.
So new masks/brroch/belt not before May 2021 i guess

Well...so nothing have changed, will wait patch with x2/1.5 drop,masks/belts/broch out of the game.
Tera is still unplayable.

Considering that Mask/Belt/Brooch will have the same shit rng stats as our current jewelry...yeah no fking thanks - feel free to put the next patch back into your trashcan.

No Tob the rng stats on new belt and co are even worse then now since they introduced more rng options like critpower on these items, but yes every new piece of Gear has to increase RNG
