Guild quest progression resetting back to 0/1700more than once

Raederle as a comunity manager you should at least ask your team if they are aware of this issue.

Is not a character or account issue so its more logical to come here and make comunity managers aware of it.

At least show any kind of concern instead of coming here with an useless copy paste of answer. If we would like that we would stick with your useless support team that hasnt solved anything since we moved from EME to GameForge.

that bug is back on european servers too...at least on yurian...

It's a known bug in EU and gameforge didnt fix it since 6 months

This issue is indeed already forwarded from our support team to the developer. As is the case with every bug, it is most helpful when we get all the information we can. Having someone contact support so that our team can get as much information as possible from them is the best way to do this.

Unfortunately, the support team cannot fix bugs; only the developer can do that.

I submitted a ticket sometime yesterday about the issue! I haven't been on yet today, I hope it didn't happen again! (but by the comments it looks like it did...)

This kind of in-game bugs should be fixed asap and as you can read on posts above this is not something new, you guys have it for more than 6 months. Enought time to push for a fix, as many other bugs that are still in the game since ancient times.

As far as I know you guys at GameForge "paid" millions for the publishing rights on this game, its not a crazy idea to demand devs for fixes in a reasonable time. Unless, of course, you dont care at all and only are waiting for this game to be shutdown.
