Do anyone know a Tera Guide Manual that i can read in playing this game

I recently came upon this new video about gear, it's only a few days old so it's up to date, it talks about etchings too (don't forget to read the description as it talks about a new type of etchings that wasn't mentioned in the video).

Skill upgrades are pretty straightforward, the description tells you what materials you need to upgrade the skill. There are two types: skill advancement and skill options. For skill advancements you need skill advancement scrolls and skill advancement points. Skill options let you choose one of three ways to upgrade your skill (you can unlock all of them, but can only use one at a time). For unlocking skill options you need skill optimization scrolls. The materials drop in dungeons and you can also get them by sending your partner on the Gossamer Vault adventure. If you don't know what skill option or glyphs to use, check your class discord.

Unfortunately I can't help you with crafting as I don't craft. However I know that you can skip the learning by just buying a scroll that gives you master crafting skill. But you can only have one master skill so that's not usefull if you have already mastered one craft.

You can craft for a particular skill and it will award you with point in order to reach artisan and master afterwards, but if you have 321k gold you can buy the scroll from the vendor(go to the forge in Highwatch) and it will award you the master crafter instantly(make sure you buy the right profession from the right vendor !!!!!!!!), Sewan also said this above.

And as far as ecthings go, materials will drop in 501 dungeons or you can buy.
