Hi, as title say, I want to start the game but I cant. I have an old pc (w7) but it should be enough for tera. I can play bns and it is heavier then this.

What to do?

Do you have enough ram, 64bit windows? More information is needed.
(My tip, re-watch Umaru instead of tera, much more fun, much less wasted time and effort)

I played it years ago and didnt have 16gb. It was laggy but atleast could start the game. Now I cant
there are a few reasons:
1) the game is very large now compared to before (filesize)
2) the game was always an unoptimised mess (Unreal Engine 3 is notorious for this drawback for MMORPG's) and got worsened even further with more and more buggy untested updates.
3) the 32bit > 64bit update which messed with it even more. players were suffering to boot up the game at first and needed a full Re-download of the game.
4) your rig from what i can tell is not helping this case.
your CPU is very much outdated, and 2RAM is very insufficient. recommending you to get more RAM (try to get it to 8 RAM atleast)
