We want new community managers.

    Since there is NO active communication from YOUR community managers to YOUR community beginning from the day you employed threaa and Melione, we, as the community send you another emergency call before this game finally dies to change something in the current situation. These community managers do not talk to us, they dont forward anything, they just dont do anything what make us believe in their job. They are our only way to talk to you or to the devs and we dont get any usefull answers - if we get any answer...

    I dont know if you look some times in the forum but nearly every feedback thread dont get any answer and if they answer they give us a contentless answer. The community is totally upset and disappointed about the current situation and you and your team dont do any actions to change something. People already creating memes about the work of threaa, Melione and esspeccially Polan.

    This Thread BG ratings/and more are bugged

    was opened at 26th Octobre 2020, Melione answered at the same day a standard robot copy and paste answer, that your team will check it. Today, nearly 5 months later there are no news or fixes, the leaderboard is still broken. So did Melione lie to us, to your community?


    About threaa there are no more examples needed, just read every feedback or complainment thread in this forum for the past 3 years. Noone became an usefull answer and NOTHING was implemented.

    The communication of your team is the worst ive ever seen in my 15 years of mmorpg.

  • There are so many threads now complaining about the situation of droprates and other stuff and in NONE of them is any response from GF or the Community Managers. What is the purpose to have CoMas now any other then "oh there is some NPC 1 meter away from where it is mentioned to be" and then the CoMa replys with" Thanks for your feedback it will be forwarded". There is at the moment no communication behind our feedback to things that impact the game for ALL players and what will be considered to fix those issues.

    So afterall: I can only agreee with Buschfunker, we want answers not only CoMas who may read the threads secretly and "forward" the issues intern, but do not communicate or discuss with Tera Players for ideas to solve these issues.

  • I will just add that: in theory, other team members (i.e. testers, game designers, product managers, and so on) do not have to answer something to someone, since all communication with the community falls into the responsibility positions «Community Manager» ("community" – community, "manager" – management. suddenly). On the other hand, this is not the only thing that can and should be fulfilled in this position (a lot is going on "behind the scenes" for the public). In addition, sometimes the community's feedback is really read and transmitted (just without the message "I read and passed", because sometimes it only annoys the community), but does not depend on the community-manager how quickly / qualitatively something will be corrected by those to whom the feedback was sent. So to blame CMs for "not fixed bugs" is, at least, pointless.

    I have seen and know the work and quality of other managers, not only in this region and game, ofc. So, I will refrain about everything else. Hopefully someday the community will be happy. RtWa3IS.png

  • They have stopped caring about this game long time ago, no reason to think something will change until they shut down the servers for good, especially not a minor thing like "community manager" which all they do is copy pasting "forwarded" in forums.

    I blame them, and i am right. If there are no answers, no shared informations, nothing helpfull and not a single implemented feature of our feedback over all the years of tera, i am damn right to blame them.


    I allready posted a vacancy in this forum from gameforge where they searched for new community managers, where the main part of their job discription was COMMUNICATION. So please stop defending them and their bad work cause ive never saw threaa or Melione try to communicate with us. You know that, everyone know that.

    Anyway, not trying to defend anyone (almost everyone has their own dissatisfaction in those or another aspects), just clarified some moments for which should not additionally blame, since there are independent circumstances.

  • Sorry i cant believe that the contract between Bluehole and gameforge just have the eat and shut up rule. Noone will ever sign such contracts. When gameforge realy would have created communication between playerbase and Bluehole, we would have at least some of our feedback implemented in the game and many bugs would be fixed. For example the leaderboard Bug. Sorry it's easy to fix this and i believe that Bluehole dont even know about this Bug. You cant tell me that gameforge forwarded all the feedback that they reclaim as forwarded to Bluehole and they just didnt fix or implement anything since tera beginning. No customer is forced to accept those shit, doesnt matter what is written in the contract or not. Gameforge and their community managers just dont do their job. I could bet that even gameforge devs dont know anything about our feedback. No company want a status like that, not even gameforge.

    as mentioned numerous times in the past, let me say it once again: the fact that you might not have a reply in every single post you make, does not mean that your opinions, issues and general feedback is not being forwarded to the respective team.

    However, constantly trashing team members in every chance you get in this forum, is not the way to go. We know that we (CM's and Support) are your "punching bag", since you consider everything to be our "fault", without knowing anything about what happens in reality. If we have any feedback about any topic, we are sharing it and you are also seeing the game changes being applied according to your feedback directly to the game.


    Please understand for once that we are not against you, we are not "enemies" of some kind as some of you try to present it, we are only the messengers in both ways, trying to do the best for this community.
