This is not funny. Since the last Update, none of the Merchants in the Major Cities [Allemantheia, Kaiator and Highwatch] selling the appropriate Scrolls. This should be fixed asap.
There's also the issue of all merchants not selling the same items (Res scrolls, EP reset, etc) as the merchants in Major Cities (Velika, Allemantheia, Kaiator, HW), and this has been reported as well. I don't know why they can't fix it themselves and require BHS to release a patch as they did with adding back the items I mentioned and mixing up and messing up the Merchant Inventory Tables in-game. They can easily fix this if they bothered to try.
Despite this, and Threea's mention, I'd send a ticket to remind them just to be safe.
