Whats the point of a shop and selling Items if you can't claim them?
Dropped 30CAD and bought a mount and Costume and I can't get them cause apparently the Item Claim hasn't been working lately 
A support ticket has already been presented but still ;;
Why doesn't the Item Claim work?

Returning player here, bought 1400 thalers, wanted to get the starter pack + endgame pack + 30day TC. Can't get anything. Selling premium currency but not letting players spend it must be a whole new level of incompetence.

The servers were having issues over the weekend and it knocked the Item Claim server offline. Nobody works in the office on weekends, so the soonest you can see this fixed is tomorrow.

They probably lost quite a bit of money from people not buying thalers in the happy hour tho because they knew item claim was broken. It was probably cheaper to pay ONE person to go back to the office for an hour.
