sorry. not from the US. so had no idea how it work. i did read something about eu server before this. so you might want to try the search button and see if something pop out.
if this do not work, send email to gameforge and see if they got any answer for you.

You should just need to set your region setting to North America.

Display MoreIf you are using GameForge launcher get into TERA Setting and chose North America.
If you are using Steam it should ask you which region run before launching the game.
