Hello!
I was wondering if the END-GAME package is a one-off deal for one character only in the entire account? I checked the stores a few times after claiming it and it seems it is not there (I checked with other characters in my account). I can only get the other package which gives me Level 70 boost and skill advancements.

Is the +15 mythic gear that you get from the package Kaia's Soul, or Kaia's Wisdom/Fury +15?

Hello, the Endgame Package is available for purchase once per account - per week.
The store tells me that its unavailable along with the "Untold Powers Package". When will it be available?
-
I have the same Problem as Cuddleshy.
I can´t purchase the Endgame Package, because in the shop it says "unavailable".

I contacted support about this and this is what they sent me:
"Thank you for contacting the TERA Customer Support.
I get that you are unable to purchase the "End Game Package" from the TERA store. Allow me to explain.
I would like to inform you that as you gradually progress in the game and gain higher levels different shop features will get unlocked. At this moment your level doesn't meet the requirement to buy this item from the TERA Store. I request you to kindly enjoy the game and try to level-up as fast as possible so that different shop features will be unlocked and you can buy the items accordingly.
Thank you for your understanding and we wish you further enjoyment in TERA.
Please do not hesitate to contact us again however should you need anything else.
Best Regards,
Charlie - TERA Support Representative"So in other words, You have to be near level 70 in order to unlock instant level 70, which is probably the worst market strategy I ever heard of. En Masse allowed anyone to instant lvl up cause they knew people would have create new characters but didnt want to spend weeks if not months grinding through the same missions over and over and over again.

Well, "months" is a strong saying if the gaming session is more or less constant.
Anyway, in order to purchase a package for the alts, you will have to buy it on the main character – all purchases still come in Item Claim, from where they can be picked up on any character in the account.

It may be a bad marketing strategy, sure, but not for your reason. Your reason is because you can't skip everything without knowing what you're doing at end-game.
Everyone else's reason for hating it is the unnecessary grind we have to do in order to get there when we can just purchase that to save time.
It's essentially so that new players don't ruin end-game by throwing dungeons because "I don't know what I'm doing". If they had allowed that, it'd be even worse strategy.

Hey don't worry, they are nerfing the game more and more, nerfing new dungeons just after launch, it's getting so retarded and easy that the whales won't even notice it XD

If I am going to make a purchase this significant, it means that I am already invested in the game and know how it works. Yes, there is the caveat of new players who want to skip the story and jump into battles blindly, but that would be a small portion because the genre of MMOs and MMORPGs is that you are invested somewhat into the lore.
For veteran players that probably make a good portion of the player base, we dont want to grind the story over and over again, especially when we have little time to even play.
There is also the question on PvP servers which I can agree that those instant lvl 70s should be restrained from trolls. However, in PVE servers, I dont see the issue unless we are speaking about dungeons. Even then, you can kick players out of group dungeons if need be.
To me, restricting it on the fear of a small portion of people just jumping into blindly, isnt enough to justify restricting it on PVE servers for everyone.

Umm... it only takes 8 or 9 hours to go from level 1 to level 70 at a casual pace right now. Yes, it would take longer without league of levelers, but certainly not weeks, let alone months.
Now on one hand, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect players to level at least one character normally before allowing them to instantly level characters.
On the other hand, you don't actually learn to play the game while leveling anymore. There are still an abundance of people who level up normally and still fall in the "I don't know what I'm doing" category. So would it really make a difference?

I agree with you completely. People go from just spamming skills with spacebar to having more skills to spam after apex, don't have or don't know that they need rotation (cuz why would they know, mobs and bosses in 20-65 lvl dungeons die easily anyway), don't follow the "protocol" in lvl 66+ dungeons, they just go face first without waiting for tank and other members/stay with tank at the front of the boss, cuz that's all you do until lvl 65. The only difference would be that those people who bought the packed will que for dungeons that are at the very top which are the hardest ones and end up being kicked. If in GV/RM/AQ people tend to tolerate those who die constantly then in HM that just won't happen.

This is very true, for people who already have lvl 70 characters and are familiar with game, and want to try new class, that options is very very handy. Even tho leveling is not hard at all, it has to be done in order to level up and most of us have gone through that process more than 1 time so if you have an option to skip the grind then why not? From my experience with new players they like the process of leveling, getting use to combat and trying new skills they get. I haven't met a single new player who logged in and went straight to the shop to get everything right away without even getting to main city.

PVE is only about dungeon tho and the fact that you "can just kick" don't solve bc most of the time for high level end game dungeons people never join in progress. You can do lfg but i know for a fact there is a lot of players late on gear on every patch that plays really well but can't get parties bc they are not skilled and can't get skilled bc the im is just a big trap
-
End game package SHOULD have the requirement :
The account must have at least 1 character that has 498 ilv!
Full newbies shouldn't be able to get P2W endgame gear at all.
I'd also limit the package for ea account, ie., 2-3 max

There is more to the game than just dungeons. While yes, that is what progresses the story and gives you the best loot, one of my favorite things to do is the creation part. Gathering raw resources, smelting, fishing and such. Similar to minecraft, you dont have to go through the story to enjoy the game, however, gathering those resources can be hard when enemy npcs are on top of them and cancels your gathering when hit. For that reason, I chose the gunner because of the sentry ability. But you dont get the sentry until lvl 46 AND you cant craft until level 65.
As for the party dungeons issue, the best solution as to make sure you are working with a good party, is join a guild that is known or specifies in dungeons. It will give you a better chance of a better team.
