Server Transfer don`t work

i bought a Coupon to transfer one of my Character from INT Mystel to ASIA Shen.

Of course i got some error that says like that i have items that i can`t bring, unreaded message and in Auctioneer etc.

So i removed the items one by one. Tried transfer again. still some error.

Finally read all message and took the items.

Ok. Select INT Server, Choose Character again, Destination ASIA Shen, Popup to comfirm start. Pushed start... wait few seconds the Browser refresh and....

nothing. Coupon is still available and at the Bottom kind of transfer history.

I tried again and again. There is no error message or something else.

Anyone can help? or Suggestion?

for the time being the transfer from an EU server to the SEA server and vice versa is not possible.
