How Do I CANCEL Subscription?

  • How do I cancel my monthly subscription?


    I have been at this for 45 minutes and am no where close to cancelling. Gameforge is taking my money from my bank account whether I like it or not.


    There is no way to manage account in the Account Management section. No way to cancel, change payment method or anything remotely like it. I have tried if from the launcher, the website (took me half an hour to figure out how to log in using my log in credentials), and ingame. You cannot cancel as far as I can see. Unacceptable.


    How do I cancel my membership?


    I'm starting to think that Gameforge is making this intentionally difficult so that I remain. I'll be calling my bank in the morning and asking them to investigate this outrageous customer retention strategy.

    While I do not have a Tera Club subscription, you should be able to pull up the client and go to TERA. Click on the Ellipsis '...' and select 'TERA Club'. From there you should be able to cancel your active subscription.


    Just from what I was told, should I ever buy one. If this isn't correct, let me know and I'll look around for you.

    However after an aggravating hour of setting up Customer Support last night, I managed to open a ticket and they cancelled my subscription this morning.. Never gonna do that again.

    Did you enable pop up? I don't know about you but i have Tera Club and it is working fine on my end. It should pop up, try other browser as default and open it again.

    Frustration are all over the place when an issue occurs but it is best to solve it calmly. I live in the SEA region and it pains me to reply to support ticket every day and it takes days for them to reply again to help me up sometimes process can take up to weeks.

    You got to understand Canceling a Tera Club involves refunding money, especially if the transaction is taking place overseas you will get wait time and stuff and it is troublesome to do just to refund money as well. Some website does not even support refunding of money once spent, there is NO WAY a website would say refund is possible and lie to their customer by not refunding after spending especially if the company is not shady. Usually refunds are all done through contacting the supports, rarely do you see refund as an instant button click thing, especially if cancelling includes refunding you back your money.


    I can see why you are frustrated but please try to understand and have a open mind.
