Again, Gameforge, do you test your patches?

    Hello my friends from gameforge. I made this thread...


    TEST YOUR PATCHES


    ...in last October, after you uploaded a totally bugged patch with many major pvp bugs.


    Now, in January, you uploaded again a totally bugged patch where chars are trapped in dungeons, instance or battleground matching dont work and many other bugs.

    So i ask you again. DO YOU TEST YOU DAMN PATCHES BEFORE GOING LIVE?!

    To be honest, I'm just waiting for the day you upload a patch that will trigger a worldwide blackout, just cause you guys dont want to take the time to test it. I dont know who is responsible for this neverending story, but you should fire the person.... and, you should fire the person who is responsible that this person is working for you. A 10 year old gameboy kid from the 90´s would be a better system administrator then you guys are.

    join the club, also got my main stuck in a party so effectivly cannot play tera, sent a ticket im sure they'll read on monday, the day after i need my character for civil unrest

    - there are still red dots on your map/compass even though that person if your raid member

    - you hit your own teammates in the battlegrounds, they appear red for their own raid members!!

    - rating prolly still the same as it was reported x months ago

    - had to kick or disband the whole party because you get offline player, can't do much about it, it goes for both pve or pvp matchmaking.


    we watched few korea shore hold streams and they had non of those bugs. is it prolly our side? sad though, beacuse now pvp provies a lot of rewards like scrolls etc but you can;t really enjoy or have the game working properly

    CR is completely bugged. Parties get stuck at 19/20 and then it's impossible to cancel matchmaking.


    Several raids stuck at 19/20 now for hours.

    I am just waiting for the nerds who want to tell me that gameforge is forced to install those bugfest patches. Noone is forced to install shit what kill their servers. Gameforge just install this shit cause they dont test anything. And so on... Is there any official answer from gameforge since friday? Hahahaha

    Today we got the fraywind Canyon Event and i must ask the same damn question to you unable gameforge staff.

    I mean it took out community about 2min to regocnize, that fwc is totally bugged and will not pop in one day anymore cause this bugs are killing completely the game.

    WHEN YOU UNABLE NERDS START TO TEST YOUR DAMN PATCHES BEFORE UPLOAD? It's unbelieveable how you guys found a job when you working like this.

    Like one team not getting points from cap pyres making that an huge advantage for the team who gets point from it?

    Since you announced a new patch, i would kindly remind you gameforge staff, that it is possible to test the patches before you upload them and give us many new unplayable bugs.

    lol they actually have some beta tester "volunteers" but all they do is practice the dungeons on test server so they can clear it faster on live one, or test drop rates and stuff for own benefit, they don't really care about any of the PvP lmfao.


    I don't have the roster of these testers, but it's a bunch of bootlicker germans who only play PvE and care about attention from the PvE/discord community

    I don't think it's a bug. The map scrolls to keep you on it now which suggests to me that this was an intentional change. While I like the map scrolling and think it makes using a zoomed-in map more practical, not being able to zoom out and view whole maps definitely sucks.

    Customers* and I'm certain they test the patches internally, makes a list and sends it as all developers do. However, they also have people like you who just groan about "bugfest" but don't actually explain what the issue is, and I highly doubt you took the time to send in a ticket to report it, which means you're not helping the situation, but you're complaining. :stick:

    Hello, in case you have any critical bug to report, please do it the proper way to our support including all details around it. In general, it would help us all if you can be specific while posting such a statement, so we can identify problems and work on their solution faster. :)
