Hello, my name is Hard.Punches in-game. I started playing Tera on Mystel in 2014.
I stopped playing because it started dying and had fewer players around 2017-2018.
I tried to recover credits from mail, when i logged in, all 3 charachers (65+) where gone.
I submitted a ticket to GameForge Support, but never got any reply back.
Right now, im logged in Steam. I used to play from GF Launcher.
Any help or suggestion will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
