Hi I am messaging you because just the other day, I re-downloaded Tera and created a new character on Jan 5th.
I come to login to play the game TODAY, and that character has been deleted...
Why did this happen? Is there a new system where I have to save my character? Please help me find my character. I just created them not too long ago.
I had my name and everything... im on my same account... like where's my character
