Check Tikat shop if it still sells them. To access it is at the Shop UI menu ---> Tikat Shop
Tikat uses the Tikat coins as currency, which are obtained daily from tera shop for free by Tera Club members (250 coins per day). Need to enter the shop and collect the coins manually.
If Tikat still sells the pocket expansions and you are not TC member, there's a Tikat Chest at Tera Shop for 29 TTs, that gives you guaranteed 1k Tikat coins. Chance to give much more coins too.

Tikat is the only sure way.
The other way is to gamble at Tria Mystery merchant too (when he appears), with low probability to get the pocket expansions
