Why is the Zenobia's Breeze crate grayed out in the cataclysm token shop since day 1? Will that be available anytime soon?

Appreciate the answer, but I dont understand. There was a dupe glitch and its disabled for the time being or you meant something else?

Duping is no longer glitch but game feature.
Bugs gets fixed asap and features are refined with updates.
So it's working as intended.

those Zenobias are grayed out because they already have been obtained as there was a limit of 10 for each server
