I have been holding onto a copy of Tera, sealed in the box from 2012, I completely forgot about this and decided it was finally time to give her an open to redeem my founders code, whenever I try to enter it, it says invalid code, I was wondering if there is a place I am missing to enter the code? I've tried both on the website and in game and nothing works, I also submitted a support ticket seeking out information and or help! I would appreciate any help I can get so if you guys know of anything that would be great! Thank you!

That code I assume would be no good anymore since it was only valid on the EME side of TERA and since they ceased to be a company I doubt you will get it to work with Gameforge, sorry.
