I haven't played TERA in a while, most of the emails were being auto sent to spam and I didn't know the migration ended today at 10AM for me, I recently found out while attempting to play it on steam and I couldn't login without downloading a different version just want to know if I can do anything about this or is my account lost forever?

Same thing here. I knew en masse was closing down but had no idea that we had to transfer. I submitted a ticket and hoping my account can be recovered.

I decided to come back to Tera today and get my account back. I saw there was a migration recently. I've been reading forums. I had 11 characters in my account when it was still En Masse, all of them were max lvl and most with good gear. I wonder if I can still have my account back or I lost it forever because I wasn't around when the migration happened? I tried going to en masse migration page but it only gives me an error message.

I also just bought a new graphic cards that will allow me to play my favorite MMORPG games that has recently changed their engine systems, so if I can't play tera anymore in my old account, I can just move on to the next.
