Balder's Refuge - Temple Labyrinth bugged

  • So I'm accessing the Temple Labyrinth in Balder's Refuge/Temple/whathaveyou, and I'm finding a few walls that aren't behaving as they should.

    Certain walls through the labyrinth are breakable, to allow you to progress or to find a shortcut. I've found a few walls that appear like they should be able to be destroyed, but I keep attacking them and the arrows just don't even register as hitting the wall and it doesn't register damage.

    The wall highlights with blue like everything else I should be able to interact with when I hover over it, and it's just being a pain in the behind because if I can't break this, then the only way forward is through a boss fight with a Lv. 60 boss (Grig) that's designed for at least three people to combat.

    Anybody else have this happen, or just me?

  • Sent in a ticket, and got a response. Apparently we don't have a choice any more- you have to go up against Grig and treat Balder's as a group-required dungeon because there's no way a solo can take him down, and there's no way to get the solo quest any more.

  • Just as an update, because I meant to respond to this sooner;

    I actually am unable to access Grig first, and I'm forced to go left. Grig can be found on the right, Lagreah is on the left. However should you like to see Lagreah, kill Grig first, then go left up the stairs on the side and down towards the end. Then jump into the pit below, and destroy the golem generator. Then dispatch any remaining golems and run to the end where the dimensional mirror is located. When there, select "Temple Garden" to reach Lagreah.

    In other ideas, try resetting the instance '/reset' and proceed to the left to see Lagreah first, then go to the right, down, and jump into the middle pit where the generator is, and then proceed to try and kill Grig if you so wish and are able to do so.

    In other words, Support was wrong in this instance of "you have no choice", unless the game forces you to go to Grig when you are at the dungeon level, and me being Level 70 the game said "You get to go Lagreah's route". No idea if such a thing is in place, but this is just my experience of running said dungeon today.

    Cheers.
