Hello, I stop playing Tera for more than a year, when I am back to Tera, I migrate my account from En Masse to Gameforge (done at 11 Dec 2020). After that, when I login to my account, my character has the issue on collecting / deleting parcels.
- This parcel bug happened after I migrate my account from En Masse to Gameforge.
- Unable to receive the rewards / delete the parcels. (Only old parcels have this problem, new parcel received after I start playing is collectible & deletable)
- Have sent a ticket to Support.
