Account already migrated

    I'd like to report that I know I completed the migration probably as soon as I received the Email which was November 3rd according to my Gmail which was provided by tera@news.enmasse.com and talking about their migration.


    I launched Tera today for the first time since then figuring I give this migration ample time as I have 8 characters or more,

    only to see that my characters are not there.


    --- I would like to know if you can find out if I may have accidentally selected EU instead of NA (Doubtful but possible)
    --- Otherwise, I would like to know why my characters are not yet migrated to this account.

    I've tried to contact your support, but your support page oddly does not accept my gameforge passwords, yet I can log into the client without issues, and log into here without issues, so I am locked out for 3 hours. I am looking for assistance as the due date of this migration is around the corner.

    For Gameforge's support site you have to create a new account, as the forum/GF accounts are separate from the Support Accounts, but using the same details as your current account.


    In regards to your characters not showing up, would you mind following my steps listed in the thread below and seeing if this resolves the issue? If not, create your support account and then send in a ticket to GF.

    My account is definitely in NA (This is good)


    According to the instruction; My migrated account should be in the Game Account shown in this account.

    There is only the one Game Account, which was the same sign in I used for En Masse.

    I will definitely pay a little more attention in 3 hours to create my GF support account.
