I'd like to report that I know I completed the migration probably as soon as I received the Email which was November 3rd according to my Gmail which was provided by tera@news.enmasse.com and talking about their migration.
I launched Tera today for the first time since then figuring I give this migration ample time as I have 8 characters or more,
only to see that my characters are not there.
--- I would like to know if you can find out if I may have accidentally selected EU instead of NA (Doubtful but possible)
--- Otherwise, I would like to know why my characters are not yet migrated to this account.
I've tried to contact your support, but your support page oddly does not accept my gameforge passwords, yet I can log into the client without issues, and log into here without issues, so I am locked out for 3 hours. I am looking for assistance as the due date of this migration is around the corner.
