    I had that issue in NA pre-migration. On one server it just fixed itself and started working again after the next weekly maintenance, but on the other server it persisted for a couple months. Support told me there was nothing EME could do about it and forwarded it to Krafton, so I don't know if Gameforge will be able to do anything.


    On the bright side, it did start working again on both servers, so maybe Krafton has a fix for it now.

    Technical support is trying to convince me that the limit on the number of adventures applies to the account, and not to the server. Despite the fact that my friend checked and was able to send 6 pets at the same time on two servers.

    I went back and looked at my emails from EME support back in June/July. Other than suggesting there might be a corrupted file and running the repair tool (which didn't work for me, but you might still want to give it a try), there was nothing they could do about it other than forward it to the developer. I would imagine Gameforge is in the same position.


    After they said they were forwarding the issue to Krafton, I never heard back from support, so I don't know if they actually tracked down the problem and found a solution, or if it just sorted itself out on it's own somehow.
