Wintera Rewards Bugged

    It seems that Wintera battleground isn't giving me any of the expected rewards. I've run it a few times now, won and lost some, but haven't gotten any Bellicarium credits or any of the Wintera tokens. Any insight on when this will be fixed?

    Any updates on Wintera issue? It is been over a week and it is still not working. We haven't even received any word about it not working properly. It is my favourite event and I am sure I am not the only one who likes it but without rewards it is just not so nice, especially for players who doesn't have a lot of time to play. You are keep loosing more and more players and I believe that such actions are not going to make it better. This is just disrespectful towords players. In other games when there is issue, companies are not trying to hide it but saying openly about it and trying to fix. Here we received zero information of any solution for that. I was hoping that maintenance will fix it but today was another one and it is still bugged...

    It is now Friday and still nothing has been said or fixed. It really is getting on my nerves that they have not posted about the problem or a coming fix. Instead it is other up and coming things but not about what we as players would like fixed now! I know a lot of players spend their hard earned money on this game be it Thalers or for the Tera Club, and as you said, they are being disrespectful to their player base.


    I also love this event and have been waiting to play it but the lack of rewards puts everyone off. There are many things in the rewards i would love to have but that idea is slipping away day by day! The LEAST they could do is give us some small amounts daily so we can at least keep up SOME hope of getting any rewards.

    There's nothing wrong with asking for an update. This is a time sensitive matter, and there hasn't been any new information whatsoever for the past week. Don't know why you're being so lame on a reply to a forum post.

    It isn't that hard to take time and effort into looking for updates. If that's "being lame" then yikes.

    Im not blind considering I asked about an update. And it's still been awhile since that post. There is no problem to keep asking about it since more and more time has passed with no more word other than they havent received word. There is no reason to be a jerk about it. Their "update" is still no word.

    My intent wasn't to be rude, simply asking if you had taken the time to try and look around, or if you even acknowledged Melione's response, as you hadn't said anything since her post saying you acknowledged it. I also linked a post from Threea from 3 days ago, so it isn't hard to look around before just posting repeatedly "Any updates" when they're posting an update (whether you like the update or not) seemingly every 3-5 days.
