Wintera Bugged

  • New event, new bugs.

    Wintera doesn't currently give any reward and as soon as you finish one you can't even queue again without changing char.

  • Ive made a thread few weeks ago, where i asked if they test the patches before going live... I was warned for this thread. So perfect example is current wintera. They just had to que 1 match of wintera to figure out the bugs, they didnt. You could even fire any employee of gameforge and we wouldnt recognize, cause it seems like noone of them doing his job anyway.

    Problem is more about testing stuff when it goes live.
    Test server and live servers can lead to different results but for xxxx sake i don't get why they can't put one guy testing stuff when it goes live too o.o

    1) Snowfield arena doesnt have any drop (It should drop: Snowfield Trophies)

    2) Where u can exchange Snowfield Trophies?

    3) Where you can get [Event] Christmas Toy for mounts and costumes? its bad name of token from Snowfield arena?

    4) Where are rewards like fishing bait and Christmas stamps?

    5) And where you can get [Event] CHristmas Map Fragment?


    Most confusing event ever for me...

    If it was something on their side i suppose they'd have fixed it already. Guess we'll have to wait a patch <.<

    If it's on their side and they're not fixing it, then this is unacceptable.


    It's been two working days already and we've just received a notification that they're informed about it. That's ok for the same day or the next one at most, but past this point...someone should be informed of this and work on a fix shouldn't they? Is adjusting a reward something that difficult technically speaking?


    Even if it's not on their side, the complete lack of information on when Krafton may deliver the required fix to them is certainly not going to please the playerbase. Just notifying when something has been solved, doesn't let people follow the process or plan ahead, causing a constant state of misinformation and distress.


    Players don't have the certainty that the issue is going to be solved at all, so it's not a matter of just being patient until it does, plus 0 compensation received for the trouble caused.


    I've heard patch 101 may not even hit until the 15th (maybe even later) and most likely the event won't be extended to compensate for the lost time. So this silent treatment which by now we are sadly used to receiving is most displeasing.

    Btw they wrote rewards for wintera would change because of patch 101 during the event so it's not gonna take that long to see it, probably.

  • Probably a comedic remark to lighten people's days up while we wait for the glorious return of rewarding pvp into the game.

    So you're just wasting time i guess, not that i'm happy about it but it's the reality <.<

  • Almost no one waiting for rewarding PVP, only some players who talks like "we" even if they should "i". Many of them talks like that. If i am mistake then where are they? They should speak themself, otherwise, you are talking only for "yourself". Anyone can wrote "as" or "we" but thats no proof. If they show up and showinterest we can see how many players are interested for real, not by some player who speak "we" withoud any proof (1, 5, 10, or even 15 players can be just group of friends, angry by changes, and still they cant speak for all of the community like "we all players want/dont want". because you dont have the right to do that) ;) One person has just one vote, not more. Yes its directed to you Nayru, because it is you who complain everywhere about PVP and create offtop in many topic.


    Anyway, back to the topic. Its bad move from you side CM. You again dont inform players about anything.

    Do you like be hated by player so much? Because its not to hard to get the love and respect from them, you just must do one thing - be more active, tell what situation stays, nothing more (even if nothing changes you should show that you care by write to as information like "we still dontget any updates, but we will try our best"), and people will be respects you more. Remember you are the one who built opinion in internet about your and your company. ;)

    Thank you for your personal feedback. Unfortunately, there is nothing new I can share regarding this topic so far except that it was forwarded and our specialists are searching for a possible solution.

    I will have to ask you for your patience and understanding.
