Hello, my name is Eddie and I've been playing TERA for a little over 3 years now, and there was a bug that happened when I was still playing in the En Masse servers for NA during my apex quest for a priest account. During the fight with the [ GIRL < (forgot her name) before the unknown teleport ] she drops an envelope that you pick up after defeating her and then you read it, head to Vergos for the other part, then you go through the teleportal.
The bug here was that she never dropped anything for me during that time, and on 11/26/2020 at 12:30 my friend just recently started doing his apex quest and the same situation occurred where he did not get the drop.
I was wondering if the Developers could potentially add a "receive again" button for it because most people get confused during this situation if it happens and the only real answer to solving this problem would be to reset the entire quest line. (Which is what the GM's did for me back in En Masse.)
