You get +10 scrolls for armor pieces and +7 for weapon.
A bunch of advancement scrolls to upgrade skills and some rapid XP potion to level up 70 quickly.
It's quite good actually. -

It's quite good actually.When I logged in after so many years I was greeted by this "Returning Hero" popup, I clicked it and it spawned a guardian box and maybe some crystal box in my inventory, which I found laughable... Where can I read about this +10 and +7 scroll? What gear are they usable for?

Don't know, i came back first week of October and i've received the stuff i listed.
You can enchant up to kaia with those scrolls.
If i'm not wrong the stuff is inside the Guardian box, you receive a new one every level from 65 up to 70, ofc the scrolls are lv.70 reward
