Do you use any third-party software or mods? If so, then you should immediately get rid of these kinds of things.
Let's try the following steps, they might help:
- Move the menu bar to another part of the screen, to eliminate the possibility of screen errors.
- Try disabling fullscreen optimizations. In Steam, this can be done as follows:
- Go to directory with the game "...\Steam\steamapps\common\TERA"
- Right-click the TERA.exe file (which launches the game from this folder) and select Properties
- Go to the Compatibility tab and select Disable fullscreen optimizations, then Apply and OK
- You can also check the integrity of game files. In Steam, this can be done as follows:
- Open the Steam Library and select TERA
- On the right side, click on the ⚙ gear sign
- Further, in the drop-down menu select "Properties"
- In the "TERA – properties" window that opens, click on the "Check integrity of game files" button
