Game user account shows different than my "actual" account at Gameforge. Why?

    As the title reads. When I log into gameforge or their support page, my actual game account name exists. However, when I open my Gameforge client, my game account name is completely different and my game language is different. It's "English [GB]" and should be "English [NA]".


    I don't care about the language because it seems the same but the different account names bother me. The game account name that shows in the client I have never seen before BUT all my characters seem correct.

    Hello, in some cases the account name can change in the client (for example in your case it looks like the name was not migrated) and you get a new automatically-generated one.

    Once added in the client, the account name cannot change, but at the same time it has no negative effect in your actual game account or your ingame characters.

    About the language, you can only set the GF client language in English [US], the game language "English [GB]" is the same for everyone.
