A few years ago I bought a mount of the type "for all characters" and whenever I created a character I would select my mount in account items, but with the transfer to gameforge I no longer have it, when I bought it I specified on the web that it was permanent and forever, who do I have to talk to to get my mount back? It should be noted that the mount for the account was not cheap at all, therefore it was forever

Per the FAQ on the migration, account-bound items weren't planned on being transferred and everyone was told to claim as many items as many times as they wished to do so prior to the migration;

How were you supposed to "claim" an account mount exactly, in order to avoid losing it?
Claim the mount on all existing chars of the account. if you didn't claim it already. on them.
New chars, created after the actual migration, will not obtain it. It will be vanished from item claim.
That was the meaning.
What i did: Created 3 alt chars of the remaining classes i was missing, and claimed the mount. Reached lv 12 with them, and have them parked at crescentia. That was done before the real migration.
That wasn't necessary though, since all the Popos and High Elves i create, get the diamond dragon and the Castanics get the ashclaw (Igneous Wyvern), on all accounts. But i just did it.

Some "account bound" mounts are/were not bankeable, like boneshaker, so it didnt matter if you claim several copies of them, you are not able to use them on other chars or future chars.

Never said they are bankable. It's 1 mount per active char. You can't claim more than 1 on each char.
Even if you could, the extra mount copies would be soulbound on the char ID that claimed it. Totally useless for the other chars.
What i meant, and what i did, was that you had to predict , what new chars you'd play the following months / years, create these chars, and claim the mount on them, before migration.
After being away from this game for almost 4 years I decided to come back to look up how things are, just to find out that my whole purchases have been deleted, like does the developer/publisher of this game even have some respect for their players? How do you delete your customers purchases like that, I had 3 tabs of account items that I have bought through steam plus my founder's items and they are all gone... I cannot say how much this was poorly handled by the game developer and the publisher.
I'd rather resub on FFXIV than keep playing this game, at least I know SE won't delete all my purchases the next day, and the game has an actual content release, good performance, music, communication and much more. It might not have the combat that TERA has, but what is the use of a "true action combat" when you can only play with 5fps.
