I just re-dowloaded Tera and when I go in game, there are no sound at all, I just have the gameforge sound at the launching of the app but then no sound anymore in game... culd someone help me with that please ?

Let's try to additionally install DirectX End-User Runtimes, which includes the missing DirectX 9-11 components. Perhaps this is exactly what will correct the situation.

I also have this problem, I have windows 10 with directx 12 installed and can't hear any sound in game, just the sound at the start of the launcher. That rusian link you posted doesn't work, it says error 404. I don't have sound in both steam and gameforge launcher- How can we, directx 12 users can install previous versions if windows doesn't allow us?

Yeah the russian link doesnt work for me either. I have talked to the support and no off the things they told me to do worked either... so i guess we're just screwed

oK, I finally fixed it, I googled and find a reddit topic and this link to download direcx 11. my pc said it was safe so I installed it: https://www.filehorse.com/download-directx-11/download/ it totally works.
