Like my title says , the game is crashing as i try to teleport to the Island of dawn , its also making it impossible for me to load onto that character.
Does anyone have a potential fix for it or have any ideas what i can do?

Can you go there with another char ?
If yes, you'll need to write support.If not, try fixing/reinstalling client.

Step 01) Make a repair at launcher, to fix any corrupted files. Today,we had the Patch 100 applied, so some files may got corrupted.
Step 02) If the problem persists, send a ticket to support, in order to unstuck your character.

i submitted a ticket when it first happened , ive repaired twice already , my only option is to wait for support to respond back and fix the issue.

Can you go there with another char without crashing ? Because if the answer's no then you can (and should) still try to reinstall while waiting. -
Seems that the chars are "Loopholed". Their database ID is in lock state.
It's something like falling in terrain glitch, where not even ingame unstuck works and where the only solution is to party with a summoner (mystic / priest) and unstuck you (works only if the summoner is inside Velika city)..
In this situation, where you can't even enter ingame with these characters, a GM must relocate / unstuck your characters.

If it's happening on multiple characters it's your client. Wanna be sure about it ? Try with a 3rd and i bet it won't work with that either.
Repairing client doesn't work a good 80% of the times because if it doesn't find the file that's corrupted it doesn't change anything.Reinstall, you'll fix the problem quicker than waiting for support to tell you the same thing <.<
I mean, it's not like you can play so...
