So my husband and I managed to find our hard copies of Tera that we bought months ago that got misplaced in a move, they were unopened with brand new codes that I am assuming are founder's codes. Is there a way to still claim these codes? We have tried to put them in at various places with nothing happening, and I have tried to submit a ticket but nothing happens doesn't even submit the ticket.

Hey there!
So you'll definitely have to contact support and ask them if there's a way for you to activate these founder codes. You might could try the shop in-game if you haven't already, but I'm not sure if that'll process the codes or not.
As for the issue with submitting the ticket, make sure the support site has loaded fully prior to submitting a ticket (For some reason the other day on FireFox, it was a black background everywhere I went and it wouldn't submit my ticket), and also make sure you disable any adblock software for GameForge's support site. There are no ads there, and it interferes with sending in a ticket.
