I did transfer my data to Gameforge today, and it says it was completed, but on Gameforge client, when i select "Game Account" i do not see my account there, i would like to play on NA servers, so i choose that option, and then try to add the account i just tranferred but nothing happens, it says "it wasnt possible to add your game account" so how do i get to link or get to play with my transferred account?
How do i get to play with my EME account on Gameforge?

Hi there.
Does the name provided in the box above match what you signed up with?
Also, are you logged into the Gameforge Client with the correct account?

If you're sure both are correct, you might need to contact Support and ask them to help locate your account since you migrated successfully.

Thank you, yeah, in game account now it shows my current account, before it was just "game account" option, looks like i had to restart the client for some reason. So now do i need to install the game to get my game play data, or just by being transferred and downloading the launcher is enough to keep it safe?

Glad you could find it!
The data is what you migrated with. If I recall, you have to completely reinstall TERA from GameForge to access your account, unless you used Steam, which apparently they can just link it over, however tomorrow is maintenance, so either way you'll have to update. If you were not using Steam, you have to reinstall TERA via the Gameforge launcher.

Even on Steam you should still uninstall the EME version and reinstall the Gameforge version.
As far as Steam is concerned they're actually two different games. They just happen to install to the same folder. Steam only links itself to your Tera account automatically for log in purposes, but you still need to reinstall the game. While you CAN just install the Gameforge version over the EME version, it will only trim 6GB off your download while leaving a bunch of junk EME files in the folder. Also, if you decide to uninstall the EME Tera later, it will take most of the Gameforge files with it, and you'll have to reinstall again.

Im wondering if i dont install the game before the day when EME stop supporting tera (18th) will i lose my game play data, or just by having the launcher with my account transferred is enough? I did read the transference info. that says they will delete either game play progression and account data, so im kind of confused.

The deletion is only if you didn't migrate. The migration took place to transfer your game data from EnMasse to GameForge. You don't keep your game data on your local computer. It's kept (currently) on GameForge's servers.

Alright, thank you, i had to be sure since i had issues trying to transfer the account, like many others commenting on here, for example opening the gameforge website after accepting the migration, it wont let me log-in/register with my EME email account, i tried many times, until it let me, and i had to see up in the browser bar saying "migration/completed" to know that it worked finally, because once logged in gameforge website it doesnt show at any place that you successfully trasnferred an account, and it could be taken as you just created a new gameforge account instead xD
