Probably your character got into a doomzone: area in game where you cannot log in. If your character gets moved there, any attempt to log into character will fail. You can just wait a while and try to log into the character again (by completely restarting the game, of course), maybe it will go away by itself. But I would advise you to contact the Support Team so that the responsible specialists can help you "unlock" your character.
