Redeem code Guide

Gameforge Client:

1. Launch the Gameforge Client and log in to your account

2. Select TERA in the Library and go to the Shop

3. In the upper right corner of the window that opens, click on the drop-down menu, then "Redeem Code"

4. Enter the code in the field and click the "Redeem" button to the right of the input field

5. Upon successful activation of the code, a confirmation window should appear

6. Launch TERA, enter the game world and check the rewards from the code in the menu section "Item Claim"

7. Click the "Use" button for each received parcel

8. All items are moved to the Inventory of the character or activated on the account (for example, Tikat).

Steam:

The activation process takes place inside the game.

• Launch TERA and enter the game world with the character you want to receive the reward
• Open TERA Shop through the menu (see screenshot below) and follow the instructions above from Step 3
