Does anyone know exactly how that Aura works? Can you replenish 100% HP/MP every 5 seconds even while in combat mode?
I don't know how the healing part works because it never seemed to heal when I tried before the migration.

We already had access to it before migration, so Gameforge didn't "add another p2w consumable". I had it on one of my characters. It's better now since more people and characters have access to it.

I know that it was added first by NA but doesnt change the fact that shit like that just should not exist.

That would have been nice to know BEFORE I claimed it on Velik. I'd much rather have it on Kaia. Can support move it from one server to the other?

I have a strange idea, but i'll express it here.
Why don't you try to contact enmasse support, as long as they are still in open business, and ask them to check the last backup of your account's state?
Specifically ask them when their last backup took place and how many Tera Reward points your account had.
If they find it, and reply you that you had at least 750k points, then you are indeed tier 9.

Same thing happened to me.
I have contacted support with a screen shot to prove it, but am still waiting on a response.
I'll be pretty annoyed if they say something like it doesn't count if you did it after a certain date since it took a huge amount of effort farming island of dawn to get it done and they didn't tell us there would be a get off date.

Same thing happened to me. I contacted Gameforge with a screenshot proving it. They just told me, We gave rewards based on enmasse's data. There's nothing we could do.... Kinda sad.

I just discovered that I still have the parcel post message from reaching tier 9, but I only got reward tier 5-8 in item claim.
I'd like to update my support ticket to include this information, but they say it means my support ticket will be marked as new and have to start from the beginning of the queue.
at least I can prove I was T9 on their end now.

This is what I mean, see image. If you still have the original parcel post message then they have (on their end) irrefutable evidence that you reached T9. Don't even need to send a screen shot.

Its Fail Forge we are talking about.
Probably they will say the time limit for this was before the start of the migration time frame (Oct 22th). You reached tier 9 on Octover 28th. I am sure they will justify their mistake with that.
All people with this issue are those who reached a higher tier reward level after the migration starting time.

Highly unlikely, considering they're going by the data given to them by you and EME.
