Hello, some of my costumes are missing from my compansion special storage after migration I was going to submit a ticket but i decided to go ahead and post here first. I've checked on every character I have but don't seem to find them anywhere. I am 100% sure they were in companion storage at the time of migrating.

If the costumes were temporary, then they might not survive the migration.
However, in any case, with such a situation, you must contact the Support Team directly.
📌 If you don't know then keep in mind that in the support system you need to create a separate account (you can use the same mail as for the account in the Gameforge system), since the platform are not linked to each other.

Can you provide an update on how this goes? I keep ALL of my costumes in pet storage and now I'm a little nervous that when I finally log in, they're all going to be gone...

Yeah so like.. after submitting a ticket I double checked again and realization hit me the only other place I ddin't check was my pocket tab and low and behold my costumes were there. I am really dumb LMAO. I found them thankfully. So no issues with the pet storage. Completely my fault for overlooking the pocket tab
