Tera NA Server start time?

    its pm for them pretty much they are already showing their lack of interest for the player base. Support service is awful and lack of info about these things shows how bad of a publisher this is.


    Any serious company would have give an ETA within the day for the servers to go live but they keep saying "today" as the time frame. Something that shows clearly how bad things will be about comunication from the start.


    I was looking at EU forums and all I can see are players complaining for all the same thing, "lack of comunication from Fail Forge" and this kinda reminds me of mEME.


    I can see GF has whiteknights too, probably paid or with benefits in-game as other company games have on their forums.


    Its good to see this early the colors of this company.

    I would imagine it will be live very soon, sadly I had to do a clean Reinstall since My Gameforge Launcher kept refusing to actually launch the game so I am just watching it slowly download. I will be excited to get back in and play more so with that tempting Level up event. I just hope all my mounts didn't get nuked because if I lost my pink wolf I may actually cry lol.

    If it worked that way I'd just let you use my line. It's pretty fun watching my network get throttled by webservers at 10 or 100 mb/s. We paid for a 15mbit line and they have upgraded us to like 150mbit without notifying us or any charges <3


    Then Leave? No one is holding a gun to your head telling you that you have to play this game. Who cares if it's 4 PM what does that have to do with anything? Do you want it to go live and have events not working? Items not working? So you could come and complain over that too?

    I've been here since the Attack on Titan events and support has always taken care of my problem within 24 hours. You are turning this into a much bigger problem than it needs to be.

    I was ready to say something similar. At least give them a chance before you start trash talking them. No ETA is a bit weird for me, but if the game works, is maintained and moderated appropriately, etc... Then waiting until 11AM/12PM or so isn't so bad at all.

    Trust me, if you've ever seen an ArcheAge maintenance go wrong, you have learned to be patient. I once waited a few DAYS to get back ingame after a minute patch.

    Right? I used to play a game called Jade Dynasty, and they were having a huge launch of new maps, events, and two new classes. Well, it didn't go as planned. The game was down for two weeks because of all the bugs they didn't bother testing beforehand.

    According to the talk here I guess they should have said that the game will go up on the 13th of the month and not 12 do not say the game will go up on a certain date and then go up when everyone goes to sleep

    It's only like 10:30 AM here. They still have a long ways to go before we're going to sleep in the US.

    If you have read these forums you will notice Fail Forge hasnt taken care of many players issues, migration issues related and even about their support webservice access issues. These are from at least 3 weeks. Way to show how bad of a publisher they are.

    True but Transparency and COMMUNICATION is a valuable tool for devs, they should take note and communicate. This is constructive criticism, not hate or toxicity. We can all agree better communication is great.
