Is it intended to have the Elin Jumpstart Quest only in 1 character? Or it's a bug that needs to be fixed? If you can reply before 1st of December, when the event ends it would be much appreciated. I feel like I wasted a character slot.

When and where was this (and with this I mean the Elin Quest details) listed?
I read nothing about elin quest, even searching in forum or in gameforge page. I've only found same problem in German section.
If you're going to shadow-nerf events, atleast edit the event page once the problem is reported.
On the last event, the Elin quest was available once per class and per server.
