From Cultists' Refugee and higher level instances my game keeps crashing on 3rd boss or so. It just closes itself without any error showing up. I tried disabling antivirus, lowered all settings to the minimum. I don't know if it helps but the game runs smooth for me i don't even have lag in Velika. Also when i tried to log in to send a ticket over this issue it says that my logging information is incorrect, even when i tried changing passwords it wouldn't let me log in.

Because in the support system you need to create a separate account (you can use the same mail as for the account in the Gameforge system), since the platform are not linked to each other.

Perhaps, in parallel with the game, you have some other processes running that can put a big burden on the RAM and/or central processor or there is some kind of disruption to the Internet connection. In addition, at the moment it is impossible to exclude the possibility of an insufficient level of system requirements (because they weren't voiced here).
However, there is a basic checklist that usually resolves most of the common problems. Let's try:
- Check your computer for viruses and interruptions.
- Disable unnecessary background processes when starting the operating system.
- Try to run only the game without running other programs in parallel (for example, a browser with many tabs or an audio player).
- Update your drivers to fix compatibility errors. Outdated drivers do not necessarily perform glitches in all games or programs — some of them work correctly.
- Add the entire game folder to "exceptions" for Microsoft security and defender programs, traffic filtering programs, firewalls, ad-blockers, antivirus software and other security software that can perceive the game client as a threat to the computer.
- You can also check the integrity of game files. To do this, click on the arrow to the right of the "Play" button and select "🔧 Repair" button in the drop-down menu.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the Gameforge Client application can resolve rare startup issues.
Let us know later about your successes in this situation!

First of all, thank you for your help and detailed information! I did several of the things on the checklist but what finally solved the issue was repairing the game. Or at least i tried doing the dungeon with a higher level character and the game didn't closed.
If anything happens, i'll update this post.
Thanks again!
